But brands can truly connect with their audience when they can provide authentic connection to the property and entertain their fans in unexpected ways. The release of Spider-Man: Far From Home provided United Airlines a unique opportunity to amplify their brand message of being the friendliest airline in the skies.

United really had an actual employee working in their operations department named Peter Parker. So, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to partner with Sony and tell our own Spidey story.

With the fictional Peter Parker far from home on a class trip, our very own Peter Parker headed to New York to help out. Meet “The Friendly Airport Spider-Man.”
